During Michaelmas Term, IT Services in collaboration with Oxford SU, undertook a survey on behalf of the colleges to understand the student Wi-Fi experience.
COVID-19 safety measures and restrictions meant that a fast and reliable internet connection was more important than ever for students and staff participating in academic, leisure, social and welfare activities. The survey was designed to gauge student perceptions of the Wi-Fi service in colleges and elsewhere.
Over 1100 responses were received, the resulting report and high level recommendations will now be considered by both the colleges and central university. You can now read the Student Wi-Fi report.
