The IT Learning Centre (Customer Services) offers over 200 IT-related courses, covering over 100 general and specialist topics per term to members of Oxford University. Throughout the year IT Services also organises a wide range of national and international conferences and regional workshops for delegates from across the UK higher and further education sector. These courses and events are held in our venues at IT Services or at other event venues within the collegiate University. In total, around 15,000 delegates attend courses and events each year.
The post holder is responsible for managing events and co-ordinating the services which support the IT Learning Centre. They manage a team who support courses, events and the teaching rooms and are responsible for the line management, budget management, recruitment and professional development of this team. The post holder reports to the Head of ITLC.
